Ways to Earn Fairbanks Bucks

At the end of each regularly scheduled appointment, please take your completed check-out slip to the front desk to receive your Fairbanks Bucks to save up or redeem for a gift card.

You will recieve one Fairbanks Buck for each of the following:

On time visit (within 5 minutes of your scheduled time)
Wear your Fairbanks Orthodontics T-Shirt to your appointment
Having clean teeth and healthy gums as determined by the assistant
No broken brackets or loose appliances at each appointment
Wearing elastics as instructed

How to redeem your Fairbanks Bucks

You may choose to redeem your Fairbanks Bucks at any time or you can save up as many Fairbanks Bucks as you would like to earn a larger gift card amount. There is no expiration date.

Rules

Fairbanks Bucks are awarded at your regularly scheduled appointments. Emergency visits or walk-ins do not apply.
Fairbanks Bucks are your responsibility. Please think of it like case; if lost, it will not be replaced.
Fairbanks Bucks can be redeemed for gift cards only. No cash value.
Gift card locations will vary. Please choose from the large assortment provided.
Oral hygiene will be judged by your assistant.
