Dr. Benjamin Harvey, DDS, MS – Orthodontist
With the support and mentorship of Dr. Brandon Fairbanks, Fairbanks Orthodontics is proud to welcome Dr. Benjamin Harvey as a steward of the Fairbanks Orthodontics practice. Dr. Harvey is excited to serve the Utah County community and feels honored to provide exceptional orthodontic care in the area he proudly calls home.
A Utah County native, Dr. Harvey was raised in both Mapleton, Utah, and Dallas, Texas. He graduated from Maple Mountain High School before attending Brigham Young University. He went on to earn his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS) from Texas A&M (Baylor) College of Dentistry, where he was awarded the First Scholastic Honors Gold Medal for graduating at the top of his class.
Following dental school, Dr. Harvey completed an additional three years of advanced orthodontic specialty training at Texas A&M. During his residency, he earned both his Certificate in Orthodontics and a Master’s Degree, while gaining extensive training in clear aligners and traditional orthodontic treatments. He is Invisalign® certified and has advanced experience with clear and metal braces, self-ligating systems, 3D-printing technology, and temporary anchorage devices (TADs/MSIs).
Dr. Harvey is Board Certified and an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists and the American Dental Association. He is fluent in Spanish and enjoys building meaningful connections with patients and families. His treatment philosophy centers on delivering high-quality orthodontic care in a compassionate, personalized manner. Through ongoing continuing education, Dr. Harvey stays current with the latest advancements to ensure patients receive the most effective and modern treatment options available.
Dr. Harvey feels deeply grateful for the opportunity to give back to the community that helped shape him and is passionate about creating confident, healthy smiles for families throughout Utah County.
Outside of the office, Dr. Harvey enjoys spending time with his wife, Wesli, and their four sons. His interests include playing and watching sports, enjoying the outdoors through fishing and skiing, reading, and being actively involved in his local church.
